The Organisation

As part of a non-for-profit organisation, Independence Australia Health Solutions provides a wide range of affordable health & well being products that support people's level of independence within their community.

We are a leading supplier of rehabilitation equipment, continence, wound care, and other personal health and wellbeing products.

Our small but busy team of  Customer Service staff play a key role in developing and maintaining relations with our varied client base supporting our Clients over the phone telephone, in our showroom and via online ordering system. 

2 Full Time ongoing positions are available in our national Inbound Contact Centre in Brunswick.

We are looking for people that have:

  • proven customer service experience and strong administration skills;
  • Call Centre experience
  • excellent communication and problem solving skills;
  • demonstrated computer literacy;
  • Desirable Customer Contact Qualifications or equivalent.

The ideal candidate will also have a positive attitude and a genuine customer service focus gained within a target driven call centre or high volume administrative environment.
